Church

This is a private house chapel situated in the grounds of Stagshaw House and owned by Mrs J.J. Straker, though the services are open to the public. Built in Gothic style, the church is small but well-appointed; pulpit, lectern and rerodos display good craftsmanship in wood; there is an elegant spire and (when the weather is fine) a beautiful view across the Tyne valley.
